todo.pl now does stuff! well it only does 1 thing so far, but the hard part is done. (right?)
It reads in the todo.cfg and uses it
The skeleton is there and it will now "list".

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
