Add pod and pod coverage tests, and some documentation to make those pass.

Then, add -T to the rest of the tests because I saw that in the pod tests
and it seemed like a good idea.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
