support Loading and Decrypting v5 databases.

Need to support Encrypting and Writing.  And write docs for it.

Better error reporting.  Learn how the rest of the modules do it, then support that.

make example4 actually a gui keyring app

Support the v5 or newer databases

validate dates passed into the lastchange field.

should I generate a new date ONLY if the password changes
or if anything changes?
