 Support the Last Modified date.  Johan does it like this:  Support the v5 or newer databases
     if ( $x && (my $packed_date = unpack("n", $x)) ) {          Have support for reading and decrypting.
         my @tm = ((($packed_date & 0xFE00) >> 9) + 4,          Now need to support
                   (($packed_date & 0x01E0) >> 5) - 1,                  Encrypt
                   ($packed_date & 0x001F),                  Write
                   0, 0, 0);          and write docs
         $x = \@tm;
     }
     else {
         undef $x;
     }

 on those same lines, mark record as "dirty" when we Encrypt.  validate dates passed into the lastchange field.

 Make sure my PackRecord and ParseRecord return what they should, I think they may not.  Maybe change the 'name' field to be 'name' not 'data'.  should I generate a new date ONLY if the password changes
   or if anything changes?
